West Briar Knoll, built between 1992 and 1998 by The Gregory Group, is a gated community featuring homes for sale in West Briar Knoll that are between 2100 and 3500 sq ft on 7000- 10,000 sq ft lots.
Old Towne is a small pocket of homes by Taylor Woodrow built in 2000. Ranging from 2100 to 2800 sq ft, these homes are on small lots (under 5000 sq ft). In addition, there are several older homes on large lots, as well as pockets of small lot patio homes in this area.
