This Dublin Real Estate neighborhood started construction in 2016, and includes 9 neighborhoods with 8 different builders. This master planned community includes trails, parks, and "Kindred House", an upscale Club House with pool, gym, playground, fire pits, meeting spaces, and more. A historic one-room school house, Antone School, which closed in 1943, has been incorporated into the development at the entrance gate. Wallis Ranch will include a mix of housing, with townhouse style condos, courtyard style attached homes, smaller lot homes, and estate homes. The first 4 neighborhoods built were Citron, Fielding, Barnwell and Driftsong.
