Most of these homes were built in the 1940's though 1960's, and range in size from 800 to 1900 sq ft on lots in the 5000 to 8000 sq ft range. Old Northside and Town Square are very centrally located close to downtown and I-580. It has traditionally been a very affordable neighborhood, with excellent access to Downtown. It has been popular with buyers looking for affordable real estate for sale in Livermore.
