The Preserve is a new 618 unit master planned community in the rolling hills of West San Ramon. At build out, it will include a 13 Acre community park, rose garden, school site, and open space, along with a mix of single family, townhouse, and condo units. The first 3 phases started construction in 2018.

The Foothills offers 3 floor plans featuring 4 bedroom detached homes, with open concept interiors, 2 car garages, and expansive master suites. These 2 story homes range in size from 2295 – 2680 sq ft, with lot sizes that average 3000 – 4000 sq ft.

The Meadows features 3 & 4 bedroom courtyard-style homes ranging from 1958- 2608 sq ft, with 2 car garages. There are 4 floor plans to choose from. The average lot sizes are 2200 to 4000 sq ft.

Highlands at The Preserve features luxury homes ranging in size from 2892 – 3650 sq ft. These spacious 2 story homes feature modern floor plans with 4 bedrooms, lofts, and 2 car garages. There are 5 floor plans to choose from. Lots average around 5000 sq ft.
