Built in the 1960's and 1970's, mostly by Sunset Homes, the Meadows available homes for sale features homes ranging from 1300 to 3000 sq ft, on lots that range from 7000 to 11,000 sq ft. It is located off Portola Ave near North Livermore Ave, very convenient to all schools as well as downtown Livermore, making it popular with buyers of real estate for sale in Livermore.

Note: There is another neighborhood known as The Meadows in North Livermore off Vasco Rd.
