Built in several phases between 1998 and 2003, The Bridges available homes for sale offer a wide range of home sizes and styles, many with views of the dramatic Bridges Golf Course (public). The detached homes range in size from 1700 sq ft to 3200 sq ft, with lot sizes ranging from 5000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft, with occasional lots in the 1/3 acre range.
The Pointe and Summit Bridge are neighborhoods are located at the top of The Bridges golf course, most with sweeping views of the Golf Course and the Dougherty Valley.
