Welcome to Stoneridge Park, Stoneridge Square, and Stoneridge Place

Built by Standard Pacific, Stoneridge Park, and Stoneridge Square are planned neighborhoods at the end of Stoneridge Dr in East Pleasanton. They are located adjacent to Mohr Elementary School and park.

Stoneridge Park was the first phase, built in 1995 & 1996. It features single family detached homes ranging from 1500 to almost 3000 sq ft on 4500 to 6500 sq ft lots. There are also a handful of larger semi-custom homes by Standard Pacific on 12,000 to 16,000 sq ft lots with 3 car garages.

Stoneridge Place is a patio home development, with typically 4 homes sharing a cobblestone driveway. They were built in 1998 & 1999, and feature 3 & 4 bedroom homes from 1500 to 2200 sq ft on smaller lots, typically 2000 to 4000 sq ft.

​​​​​​​Stoneridge Square is the last phase of this development, built in 1999 & 2000. It features smaller lot detached homes ranging from 1600 sq ft to 2100 sq ft, on lots ranging from 2700 sq ft to 3300 sq ft. There is a community pool and spa associated with this development.

All three neighborhoods have HOA's.  The Stoneridge Park HOA covers common area and a small playground within the development.  The HOA at Stoneridge Place and Stoneridge Square both include a separate community pool.
