The Stoneridge East Area contains mostly higher density homes and duettes on smaller lots. Most are on the newer end of the range, and are located near Mohr Elementary School, which along with the affordability make this area very desirable. Built by Standard Pacific, Stoneridge Park, Stoneridge Square, and Stoneridge Place are planned neighborhoods at the end of Stoneridge Dr in East Pleasanton. They are located adjacent to Mohr Elementary School and park.

Stoneridge Park was the first phase, built in 1995 & 1996. It features single family detached homes for sale in Stoneridge Park ranging from 1500 to almost 3000 sq ft on 4500 to 6500 sq ft lots. There are also a handful of larger semi-custom homes by Standard Pacific on 12,000 to 16,000 sq ft lots with 3 car garages.

Stoneridge Place is a patio home development, with typically 4 homes sharing a cobblestone driveway. They were built in 1998 & 1999, and feature 3 & 4 bedroom homes for sale in Stoneridge Place from 1500 to 2200 sq ft on smaller lots, typically 2000 to 4000 sq ft.

Stoneridge Square is the last phase of this development, built in 1999 & 2000. It features smaller lot detached homes for sale in Stoneridge Square ranging from 1600 sq ft to 2100 sq ft, on lots ranging from 2700 sq ft to 3300 sq ft. There is a community pool and spa associated with this development.

Stoneridge Orchards was built by Pinn Brothers in 1996 & 1997.  These detached single family homes range from 1300 to 2100 sq ft on 3500 to 5500 sq ft lots. They are classic California Contemporary style homes with vaulted ceilings, nicely appointed kitchens, and luxurious master baths. Their elegant styling and exceptional location make them attractive choices for buyers looking for newer detached Stoneridge Orchards available homes for sale.  There are also a section of 3 and 4 bedroom duettes on the North side of Stoneridge Drive which range from 1300 to 2400 sq ft, all with 2 car garages.

Diavila is a neighborhood of small lot cluster homes built between 1992 - 1995 by Toohey Homes. These Mediterranean style homes range in size from 1600 - 2400 sq ft, with both 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans.  All have 2 car garages, with lots typically in the 3500 - 4000 sq ft range Charter Oaks Duettes were built by Standard Pacific between 1988 - 1991. They offer both 3 & 4 bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1430 - 2100 sq ft. The lot size generally ranges from 3000 - 5000 sq ft, and all have 2 car garages All of these neighborhoods are popular with buyers of Pleasanton CA real estate due to their convenient location and access to schools and parks.
