Built in 2004 through 2006, these luxurious Greenbriar communities offer outstanding amenities. Located off Bernal Ave near Foothill Rd, these homes offer a convenient location close to I680 and downtown Pleasanton. Homes for sale in Pheasant Ridge are larger luxury homes, ranging in size from 3900 sq ft to over 5000 sq ft, on lots that range from 1/4 acre to 1/3 acre. With both one and two story floor plans, Pheasant Ridge offers excellent open floor plans and room counts, including homes up to 5 bedrooms plus bonus room/office. As in their other developments, Greenbriar created a very inviting community with varied home exteriors in different styles to create more of a custom feel. Many homes have awesome views of the Pleasanton ridge just to the West. Carlton Oaks feature smaller floor plans ranging in size from 3200 sq ft to 3600 sq ft, on smaller lots that are typically in the 6000 sq ft range. There are some optional guest suites over the garages on some models. Although they are on smaller lots, homes for sale in Carlton Oaks are luxurious and very well appointed, with large custom quality kitchens, good room counts, volume ceilings, and luxurious baths. Many have nice views of the Pleasanton ridge. There is a large city park (Fawn Hills) in the middle of the development, as well as access to the Marilyn Murphy Kane Trail, Pleasanton’s newest open space trail which meanders along the scenic creek to the West of the development. There is also excellent access to both the elementary and middle school through a new access road that runs under the freeway in the East end of the development.
