The North Livemore area is comprised of many distinct Livermore real estate neighborhoods. Most of the homes were built starting in the late 1990's and after, along with new elementary schools and parks.
The Bluffs was the first luxury home development in North Livemore. Built by Warmington Homes in 2000, these Contemporary homes for sale in The Bluffs range in size from 2600 to 3600 sq ft, with 2,3, and 4 car garages and .25 to .40 acre flat lots.
The Meadows is a small development built by Northbrook Homes in 1999, featuring 4 and 5 bedroom homes between 2100 and 2300 sq ft, with 2 car garages on 6000 to 7000 sq ft lots.
Scenic Links and Dover Place were built by Beck Properties. Scenic Links was built between 1997 & 1998, with homes ranging from 1400 to 2200 sq ft with 2 car garages. Lots range from 5000 to 6000 sq ft. Dover is a smaller development built in 1998, with homes in the 1350 to 2000 sq ft range on 3000 to 4000 sq ft lots.
The Cottages was built by Pulte Homes in 1997 & 1998. It offers 3 & 4 bedroom homes for sale in The Cottages ranging from 1450 to 1850 sq ft, on smaller lots in the 4000 sq ft range.
Creekside, built by Western Pacific between 2000-2002, features 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes ranging in size between 1400 and 2400 sq ft. These Creekside available homes for sale have 2 car garages, and are situated on 3000 to 5000 sq ft lots.
Altamar Meadows was built by Western Pacific in 1998. The 3 & 4 Bedroom homes range from 1350 to 1950 sq ft on 6000 to 7000 sq ft lots, with 2 car garages.
CA Mountain View was built by KB Homes between 1995 & 1998. It features 3 & 4 bedroom floorplans ranging from 1200 to 2000 sq ft, on lots in the 5000 to 7000 sq ft range, with a handfull up to 9000 sq ft. CA Prominade was also built by KB Homes in 1995 & 1996, features homes in the 1200 to 2000 sq ft range on lots typically in the 7000 to 8000 sq ft range, with some occasionally in the 9000 sq ft range or more.
Maralisa is a large planned developement with smaller lot courtyard homes, as well as traditional single family homes. Built in 1999, Maralisa Courtyard offers 3 & 4 bedroom floorplans ranging from 1350 to just over 2000 sq ft, on 2500 to 4500 sq ft lots. The single family homes at Maralisa were built between 1997 & 1999, and feature Maralisa available homes for sale ranging from 1700 to 2800 sq ft on 7000 to 9000 sq ft lots with both 2 and 3 car garages.
Mill Creek is a Greystone Homes community. Built between 1997 & 1999, these traditional style homes range from 1600 to 2200 sq ft, with lots typically in the 5000 to 7000 sq ft range. All have 2 car garages. Mill Creek available homes for sale feature classic california styling, with open kitchen/family rooms, nice master suites, and dramatic volume ceilings.
Built by Schuller Development, Saddleback features 3 & 4 bedroom homes ranging from 1350 to 2000 sq ft, with 2 car garages and lots mostly ranging from 7000 to 9000 sq ft, although there are a handful that are 1/3 acre or more. Saddleback homes were built between 1998 and 2000.
Greenville North is the oldest neighborhood in North Livermore. The original homes were built in the 1960’s and 1970’s, and range in size from 1000 to 2000 sq ft on lots mainly in the 6000 to 7000 sq ft range. In 1980 – 1981 K & B Homes also built homes in this neighborhood. They are single story homes ranging from 1000 to 1900 sq ft, on 5000 to 9000 sq ft lots.
Danbury, built by Centex Homes between 1994 – 1996, is located in North Livermore just off Vasco Road. These attractive homes for sale in Danbury feature 4 & 5 bedroom floorplans ranging from 2000 to 2400 sq ft, with both 2 and 3 car garages. Lots range from 7000 to 9000 sq ft.
Regency was built by Beck Development in 1996 – 1997, and features 2100 – 2800 sq ft homes on lots typically in the 7000 – 9000 sq ft range.
Parklane Estates was built by Pulte homes in 2000, and features homes ranging from 1650 – 2350 sq ft, on 5500 to 7500 sq ft lots.
Hallmark was built by Passport Homes in 1997, and features homes ranging from 2250 to 2450 sq ft on 8000 to 10,000 sq ft lots. K & B Homes and Castle Construction also built two other small pockets of homes in this area between 1990 and 2000 on Mt Day Dr and Jayhawk Lane, both next to Croce Elementary School. They range from 1600 to 2700 sq ft on 7500 to 10,000 sq ft lots.
Rose Gate Common, built in 2004, is a small pocket of detached homes ranging from 1935 to 2233 sq ft, on small lots in the 3000 - 4000 sq ft range. All have 2 car garages.
Magnolia Common was built by Standard Pacific Homes in 2013-2014. These smaller lot 3 & 4 bedroom homes range in size from 1972 - 2510 sq ft, with 2 car garages.
Centra, built in 2018 by Signature Homes, is located off of Northfront Road. This 49 lot subdivision features 4 and 5 bedroom homes ranging from 1783 sq ft to 2600 sq ft, all with 2 car garages.
