Located on the East End of Mohr Ave, the Mohr Estates area boasts generous flat lots and large, spacious floor plans. Lots in this neighborhood range from just under 1/3 of an acre to 1 acre plus. Most of the homes for sale in Mohr Estates area were built in the late 1980's, although there are some older and newer homes as well. Many of the homes were built by Bas homes, and there are also several custom homes built in this area as well. Mohr Estates area available homes for sale range from just over 3000 sq ft to over 8000 sq ft, although most are in the 3000 - 4000 sq ft range.
