Harmony are luxury one story flat style and 3 story condo units featuring 2 & 3 bedrooms, ranging from 1626 - 2256 sq ft, with 2 car garages. Tranquility features 2 story townhouse style condos with 3 & 4 bedroom units ranging from 1673 - 2006 sq ft with 2 car garages. Synergy features smaller 2 & 3 bedroom condos with 3 stories. They range from 1276 - 1789 sq ft, with both 1 and 2 car garages. Community facilities include a pool, club house, and gym. Montage was built by Shea Homes between 2007 - 2014. It includes 3 product types, as well as luxury community facilities, including a community pool, spa, club house, and gym. The single family detached homes range from 1600 - 2030 sq ft, with both 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath and 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath floor plans, with 2 car garages and smaller lots in the 2000 - 2500 sq ft range.
