Slate features 56 homes traditional 2 story homes, with four floor plans ranging from 2200 - 2460 sq ft. and offering 3 & 4 bedroom homes with an office/loft. They have front entrance 2 car garages and smaller 3000 - 4000 sq ft lots. Onyx features 105 attached 3 story townhomes with 3 & 4 bedrooms, ranging in size from 2025 to 2150 sq ft. They have 2 car alley-loaded garages.
