Boulevard is a large master planned community in central Dublin, formerly a part of Camp Parks Army Reserve Base. This Dublin Real Estate neighborhood will ultimately house almost 2000 housing units, and a future school site. It has an ideal location close to the Dublin BART station, the Iron Horse Trail, and shopping, with excellent commute access to I-580. It also features fabulous community facilities, including a huge rec center with fitness rooms, game room, clubhouse, kitchen, indoor & outdoor lounge spaces, 2 pools, and fire pits & fire places. Also planned is a 30 Acre community park, as well as 15 themed neighborhood parks.
The homes in Boulevard are subject to Mello-Roos assessments, used to pay for the infrastructure of the development. This increases the property tax rate that buyers will pay. Lennar (who acquired Cal-Atlantic in 2018) and Brookfield Homes are the lead developers on this project.
The initial phase, started in 2017, includes 453 homes featuring a mix of product types, with single family homes, townhomes, zero lot line homes. These homes have a decidedly modern flair, in many cases opting for more urban, mid-rise construction.
Sunset by Lennar features 60 single family detached homes. These 3 story homes feature 3 & 4 bedroom plans ranging from 2400 - 2700 sq ft, with smaller lots in the 2200 - 2500 sq ft range and 2 car garages. The open interiors feature first floor bedrooms, open floor plans, spacious kitchens with islands, and a top floor owner's suite.
Union, by Lennar, features upscale, modern urban 2 & 3 bedroom townhomes ranging in size from 1448 - 2076 sq ft. These 3 story townhomes feature with one and two car garages and island kitchens, great rooms, and spacious patios/balconies. First floor bedrooms are available in most plans. They include a "Motor Court" design with small courtyards for garage entrances.
Madison by Lennar townhomes features 3 story luxury townhomes with 2, 3, & 4 bedroom floor plans. They feature island kitchens, covered decks, integrated dining and great room areas, and private expansive master suites on the top floor. Some first floor bedrooms are available. 3 of the 4 floor plans offer 2 car garages, with a 1 car garage for the smaller 2 bedroom unit.
Willshire by Brookfield features innovative 4 story buildings with a mix of townhomes, flats, and penthouse units. They offer 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units with 2 car garages, ranging in size from 1691 - 3480 sq ft. The 6 floor plans offer state of the art amenities and modern, open floor plans.
Huntington by Brookfield is comprised of 90 single family zero lot line homes. These detached 3 story homes range from 2424 - 2691 sq ft, all with 3 bedrooms plus study/optional 4th bedroom. They feature 2 car garages and zero lot line lots ranging from 2000 - 2500 sq ft.
