The Bernal Property (Bernal & Valley Ave) is comprised of 3 Pleasanton CA real estate developments - Walnut Hills, Canyon Oaks, and Township Square. They are located on what is known as The Bernal Property, which was once owned by the city of San Fransisco as part of the Hetch Hetchy water delivery system. Walnut Hills, built by KB Homes, is located off Bernal Ave & Valley Ave across from the fairgrounds. Built in 2002 & 2003, these single family detached homes for sale in Walnut Hills feature detached garages. The homes range from 2300 to almost 3000 sq ft, with possible in-law units above the detached garage up to an additional 800 sq ft.
Canyon Oaks was also built by KB Homes, and is located on the Eastern edge of the Bernal Property near Hearst Elementary School. Canyon Oaks was built in 2003 & 2004, and features detached single family homes for sale in Canyon Oaks from 2400 to 3400 sq ft, with 2 and 3 car garages (some detached).
Township Square feature 2 and 3 story homes on smaller lots built in 2015 & 2016 by Denova Homes. The Carlyle Collection features 3 story homes ranging from 2850 - 3200 sq ft, with 2 car garages. These homes are vertical with small lots in the 2000 - 2200 sq ft range. The builder did offer elevators as an upgrade, as well as flex space for maximum flexibility in the floor plans. The Broadmoor Collection features more traditional homes ranging from 3500 to 3700 sq ft with 2 car garages, with optional flex space and prep kitchens. The lots are on the smaller side in the 4000 sq ft range.
