Avignon and The Reserve are neighborhoods in East Pleasanton along the Vineyard Corridor. They are located just outside Ruby Hill off of Vineyard Ave in East Pleasanton.
Avignon, built by Centex Homes in 2006 & 2007, features luxury homes ranging from 3600 to 4000 sq ft, some with optional guest suites above the garage. All have 3 or 4 car detached garages. Lot sizes are generally in the 10,000 - 15,000 sq ft range, and there is a working vineyard adjacent to the homes for sale in Avignon.
