Autumn Valley, located in East Livermore off N. Mines St, is a Livermore real estate development built by Braddock & Logan between 1991 and 1994, and features 3 & 4 bedroom Autumn Valley available homes for sale ranging from 1700 to 2400 sq ft on generous 7000 to 10,000 sq ft lots and 2 car garages. In 1997, Kaufman & Broad (now KB Homes) built a handful of homes on the Western edge of Autumn Valley. These homes range from 1700 to over 2000 sq ft with 3 car garages.
