Amador Valley High School

 

Amador Valley High School is one of two comprehensive high schools in Pleasanton Unified School District located in Pleasanton, California. Pleasanton is a community about forty miles east of San Francisco with a population of 74,000 people. Amador Valley High School’s honors include: 2004 National School of Character, a California Distinguished School (1994, 2001, 2005), a California Golden Bell Award Winner, and AVID National Demonstration School (2007), and a National Blue Ribbon School (2002, 2006). Amador Valley High School serves 2650 students with 175 staff members. The school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and our College Board Code is 052495. Our mission is to promote and enhance the intellectual and person growth of our students.
