Vintage Heights Pleasanton Market Update June 2015
While there are no homes available for sale or pending sale in the Vintage Heights neighborhood of Pleasanton, that doesn’t mean there has been no activity. It’s just that what has come on the market has sold quickly. Four sales have closed in the past month. Prior to those sales, there had been none since September of last year.
Seven sales closed in the past year. Those homes were on the market for an average of only 18 days. The average sales price was $1,426,377. That was over 100% of the list price and worked out to be $399 per square foot. The four sales that closed in May and June were for over 102% of the list price.
Vintage Heights is a custom neighborhood off Vineyard Avenue built in the 1990s. These homes range from 2,700 to 4,000 square feet or more, with lots ranging from 9,000 square feet to 1/2 acre or more.
