There was not much change in the inventory of homes for sale in Ruby Hill in the past month. Eighteen homes are actively listed, which is a couple less than were for sale a month ago. Ten sales are pending and 32 sales closed during the past six months, compared to 21 closed sales during the previous six month period.
The 18 active listings have been on the market for an average of 72 days. The average list price is $2,988,158 and the price per square foot I $484. None are distressed (short sales or REO).
The average asking price of the 10 pending sales is $2,116,280 or $476 per square foot. These homes have been available for 43 days, on average and none are distressed.
