None of the listed, pending or closed sales are or were distressed (short sale or REO).
The average list price of the 18 homes for sale is $3,007,217, which equates to $470 per square foot. These homes have been on the market an average of 81 days, ranging from a short as three days and as long as 337.
The nine pending sales have been available for an average of 54 days, at an average list price of $1,965,550 or $504 per square foot.
