Pleasanton | Vineyard Corridor Homes for Sale

(Bordeaux Estates, Avignon, The Reserve, Chateau Country Estates, and Silver Oaks)

With a beautiful setting of rolling, oak studded hills and vineyards, and spacious, well appointed homes, the Pleasanton real estate area known as the Vineyard Corridor is truly the gateway to the Wine Country of the Livermore Valley.

Bordeaux Estates and Chateau Country Estates are located off Vineyard Ave in East Pleasanton. Built by Greenbriar Homes in 2005 - 2007, these luxury homes for sale in Bordeaux Estates and Chateau Country Estates range from 3800 to 5000 sq ft, with optional guest homes over the detached garages. Lots range from 1/4 acre to upwards of 1/2 acre, many of which back to vineyards.  Bordeaux Estates was the first phase, and Chateau Country Estates was the second phase of the same basic floor plans, with some minor differences in the exteriors (more stone accents and other details). These homes have excellent room counts, with some of the floorplans featuring as many as 5 bedrooms plus office & bonus rooms.  These homes feature huge open kitchen/family rooms, large formal living & dining rooms, state of the art amenities, and luxurious master baths with fireplaces.

Silver Oaks Estates is a small pocket of custom homes built between 2008 - 2011 by True Life Communities. They range from 3900 - 4700 sq ft on approximately 1/2 acre lots.

Avignon, built by Centex Homes in 2006 & 2007, features luxury homes ranging from 3600 to 4000 sq ft, some with optional guest suites above the garage. All have 3 or 4 car detached garages. Lot sizes are generally in the 10,000 – 15,000 sq ft range, and there is a working vineyard adjacent to the homes for sale in Avignon. In addition to the semi-custom homes, there are 2 larger estate homes in Avignon on approx.  2 acre parcels surrounded by vineyards. Additionally, Avignon is one of the area’s first “Green” subdivisions. Each home has solar tiles built into the roof, which provides electricity for the home.

The Reserve is a newer development by Toll Brothers featuring 18 luxury homes and one estate home. These gorgeous homes for sale in The Reserve range from 3700 sq ft to 4100 sq ft, with one custom estate home offered as well. Three of the four floor plans have master bedrooms on the first floor. Lot sizes are very generous.
