Moller Ranch Pleasanton Market Update April 2015
There are no homes for sale, nor are there any pending sales in the Moller Ranch neighborhood of Pleasanton. Five sales of non-custom homes have closed in the past 19 months, while only one semi-custom home has sold in that time.
The five non-custom home sales were for an average price of $890,500. They sold in an average of 24 days for about 100% of the average list price. The average price per square foot was $452. None of these properties were distressed (short sale or REO).
The one semi-custom home that sold was on the market only five days. It sold for $1,295,000 or $462 per square foot, which was just over 100% of the asking price.
Moller Ranch is a planned development in the hills of West Pleasanton. It features a wide range of homes in an incredible setting surrounded by open space and hiking trails. There are small lot detached homes, semi-custom homes and custom homes. Moller Ranch is conveniently located close to Stoneridge Mall, with excellent commute access to I-580, I-680, and BART, as well as easy access to schools & parks.
